These terms apply when you register for or attend the EthiCraft IAS UPSC GS-IV Ethics Masterclass and when you use the resources shared around it. They are written in general terms and are structured for review by a qualified legal adviser.
1.Webinar registration
Registration for the masterclass is free. By submitting the registration form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you may be contacted about the session. A seat is confirmed only after the registration form has been submitted successfully.
2.Eligibility
The masterclass is intended for candidates who are preparing for UPSC or State PSC Mains examinations. We may decline or withdraw a registration where the session is clearly not suitable for the participant.
3.Educational purpose
All sessions, resources and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They represent the teaching approach and opinions of EthiCraft IAS and do not constitute official guidance from the Union Public Service Commission or any State Public Service Commission.
4.No guarantee of results
EthiCraft IAS does not guarantee any particular score, marks, rank, selection or examination outcome. Results depend on individual effort, practice and factors outside our control. Any improvement discussed during the session describes a method, not a promised result.
5.Intellectual property
All content presented during the masterclass — including frameworks, slides, notes, recordings, worked examples and written material — is the intellectual property of EthiCraft IAS unless stated otherwise.
6.Recordings and materials
Sessions may be recorded. Where a recording or resource is shared with registrants, it is made available at our discretion and may be time-limited.
7.Personal-use licence
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the material shared with you for your own preparation.
8.Restriction on redistribution
- Do not record, screen-capture, reproduce or re-upload the session without written permission
- Do not share access links, recordings or resources with people who have not registered
- Do not sell, resell, or use the material for commercial or coaching purposes
9.User conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully during live sessions and in the community group. We may remove any participant whose conduct is abusive, disruptive, promotional or unlawful.
10.Communication consent
By registering, you consent to receive webinar access details, reminders, session updates and relevant learning communication from EthiCraft IAS by email and WhatsApp. You may unsubscribe or leave the community group at any time.
11.Schedule changes and cancellation
The masterclass is scheduled every Saturday at 11:00 AM IST. We may reschedule, shorten or cancel a session where necessary. Registrants will be informed by email or WhatsApp using the contact details provided at registration.
12.Third-party links and platforms
Sessions and communications may be delivered through third-party platforms, and our pages may link to third-party websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
13.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EthiCraft IAS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in a session, from technical or connectivity failures, or from reliance on the educational content provided.
14.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
